The investigation into the NEET UG paper leak scandal has taken a dramatic turn with fresh revelations against Shivraj Motegaonkar, owner of the influential RCC Coaching Institute. Sources claim Motegaonkar was an active member of the alleged paper leak network and had access to the examination paper well before the test date.
According to sources linked to the investigation, Motegaonkar allegedly received the leaked NEET paper on April 23, days before the examination was conducted. Following extensive questioning, the Central Bureau of Investigation formally arrested him, citing suspicious involvement and links with other accused individuals connected to the interstate leak syndicate.
Investigators believe Motegaonkar played a crucial role in circulating leaked material through mock tests and coaching modules. His institute reportedly conducted test series in which several questions allegedly matched the actual NEET examination paper almost exactly, raising serious concerns over organized exam manipulation.
