A peculiar scene was witnessed at Neemuch district collector's office in Madhya Pradesh when a man rolled his way into the office with a long trail of white papers attached to him. The papers, which he made into a long garland and hung over his neck were his "ignored" complaints of corruption against the sarpanch of his village, Kankariya.

Mukesh Prajapat resorted to this unique way during a routine public hearing on Tuesday at the district collector's office. First, he was spotted crawling on his elbows and then he switched to rolling on the road and made his way to the entrance with the long garland over his bare chest.

"I have been complaining about the corrupt sarpanch for six to seven years, but no action has been taken," Prajapat said, with a slipper on his head. "This is not out of self-interest. I am shining a light on corruption in the interest of the country," he added.
