Jemima Goldsmith, the ex-wife of former Pakistani Prime MinisterPakistani Prime MinisterPakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, has issued an urgent public appeal to Elon Musk, alleging that her posts about Khan’s treatment in prison are being suppressed on social media platform X. Goldsmith claims updates about Khan’s detention fail to reach the public due to visibility filtering, with their reach reduced to almost zero.

She says her sons have been barred from meeting their father, who she alleges has been unlawfully held in solitary confinement for 22 months. Khan’s family has also raised concerns, as UN experts previously criticised Pakistan over his detention.
