Opposition leaders have raised concerns over people receiving PM Modi's 'Viksit Bharat' letter on WhatsApp, calling it a breach of the model code of conduct. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor highlighted privacy issues, especially for those living abroad. They urge the Election Commission to take action on this matter.
