IAS officer Ashok Khemka transferred again - for 53rd time in 28 years

The Haryana government on Wednesday issued transfer orders of 14 officers, including 1991-batch bureaucrat Ashok Khemka. It is Khemka's 53rd transfer since joining the service. Khemka has been appointed as principal secretary of the archives, archaeology and museum departments. He was earlier posted as principal secretary (science and technology).
