Trump cancels Biden-era orders, claims autopen signatures make them invalid

US President Donald Trump on Friday declared that he is cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by former president Joe Biden, claiming most Biden-era documents were approved using an autopen and therefore have no legal force.

Trump made the announcement in a lengthy Truth Social post, echoing the combative style that has defined many of his public statements since returning to the White House.

In his post, Trump alleged that approximately 92 percent of Biden’s documents were signed by autopen operators rather than Biden himself, calling the practice illegal unless specifically authorised by the president.
