The leader of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) took to social media to share an image with the iconic tennis star on social media. "Surprise in the skies. Met tennis legend Novak Djokovic en route to Spain," Stalin captioned the picture in which he can be seen posing along with the 24-time Grand Slam champion.

Novak Djokovic Stunned In Australian Open Semis By Italy's Jannik Sinner

Djokovic was recently stunned by Italy's Jannik Sinner in the Australian Open semifinal. The 10-time champion of the year's opening grand slam lost for the first time in the semifinal at the Rod Laver Arena, having gone on to win the previous 10 times and then even going on to win the trophy.

However, this he faltered against 22-year-old Sinner who went on to win his first Grand Slam trophy after beating Daniil Medvedev in a thrilling. Being two sets down at one stage and having only lost one set on the way to his final, the Italian youngster showed great resilience to come back from behind to finish as the winner. He became the first Italian to win Australian Open.
