The death of Mannara Chopra’s father, Raman Rai Handa, has left everyone heartbroken among the Handa and Chopra families. He passed away at the age of 72 on June 16. His demise has left Priyanka Chopra and her brother Siddharth Chopra filled with emotions. The two paid tribute to their uncle Raman Rai Handa, father of Mannara Chopra, sharing heartfelt notes on Instagram Stories, affectionately referring to him as "Fufaji".
Mannara Chopra announced the passing of her father, Advocate Raman Rai Handa, who died at 71 in Mumbai. She shared a heartfelt statement on Instagram, mourning the loss of her beloved father, and the statement read as, ‘With profound grief and sorrow we inform the sad demise of our loving father who left us for his heavenly abode on 16/06/2025. He was the pillar of strength for our family.’
Raman Rai Handa's last rites will be performed on June 18 at 1 pm at the Crematorium Ground in Amboli, Andheri West, Mumbai. For the unversed, Raman Rai Handa worked as a lawyer at the Delhi High Court. leaving behind his wife, Kamini and daughters Mannara and Mitali. According to the news agency ANI, Raman was unwell for the past few days.
