Hrithik shares notes from rough book while prepping for Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai
As Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai marked 25 years of its release on Tuesday, actor Hrithik Roshan shared glimpses of his handwritten acting notes from his Bollywood debut preparation. Reflecting on his nerves before starting the film, Hrithik admitted that 25 years later, “nothing has changed.” He still feels as anxious today before beginning a new project.
The first page of Hrithik's notes included a lesson from veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah and a reference to a book on acting. The note read, “One life. That’s it—only one life, one chance, don’t f*** it up, don’t give a s*** about small failures... Just keep going, don’t break. Do it the way you want it! Cause that’s the best way! One day, just believe!”
On another page, Hrithik wrote reminders for improving his speech, stating, “No particular word is a threat, stretch out the beginning of the word or join it with the previous word.” Another note read, “Speech—talk without being conscious at all of stuttering... It doesn’t happen anymore! It’s all in the mind! Trust your instinct, they won’t let you down.”
