Indian National Security Advisor (NSA) on Friday spoke to US NSA Jake Sullivan and discussed upcoming high-level engagements under the Quad framework. Both NSAs discussed challenges to global peace and the need to address those challenges collectively, over a phone call.
The phone call between the NSAs was the first form of official communication between top officials of both nations after Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Russia.
Doval and Sullivan vowed to further advance India-US relations while highlighting that the bilateral relationship was built on shared values and common strategic and security interests.
