
17 injured as slab of under-construction temple gate collapses in Nagpur
On Saturday evening in Korati area of Nagpur, a slab under construction at the Mahalakshmi Jagdamba Devsthan gate suddenly collapsed, injuring 17 laborers. The incident occurred around 5:30 PM while workers were casting the slab. Both those standing on and working beneath the slab were trapped under the debris.
Immediate rescue efforts were launched with machinery to clear the rubble and take the injured to nearby hospitals. Officials confirmed that all workers are accounted for, with no reports of missing persons.
