New Delhi: It was falling in love at the first sight with the historic monument for the US President Donald Trump as he along with his wife Melania Trump visited the Taj Mahal on February 24. Writing his touring experience on the visitor’s book, Trump said Taj Mahal had inspired him and it is a timeless testament to the rich and diverse beauty of Indian culture.

“Taj Mahal inspires awe, a timeless testament to the rich and diverse beauty of Indian culture! Thank you, India,” Trump wrote on the visitor’s book.

Making the visit historic, Trump and First Lady Melania Trump on Monday evening visited the iconic Taj Mahal and marvelled at the 17th century Mughal-era mausoleum.
