Sonam Kapoor: The Zoya Factor is a very special film for me
Sonam Kapoor is making the right noise with her choice of films. After bringing the life of Neerja Bhanot on screen with Ram Madhvani's film, the 34-year-old actress joined Akshay Kumar for Pad Man. This wasn't all. Sonam did not shy away from playing a homosexual on the 70 mm in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. And now she is ready to introduce cinephiles to Zoya Solanki. A character that she's playing in her upcoming film The Zoya Factor.
Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the film is based on a novel by Anuja Chauhan. In the film, Sonam plays Zoya Solanki, an executive in an advertising agency, who ends up becoming a lucky charm for the Indian Cricket team during World Cup 2011.
With only a few days left for the film to hit the screens, Sonam is busy promoting her film. But amid her busy schedule, the actress sat for a chit-chat with Cosmopolitan India.
