India, Pakistan Attend Meeting On Indus Water Dispute In Vienna

India has participated in a meeting in Vienna to resolve a dispute with Pakistan over hydroelectric projects in Jammu and Kashmir. The meeting, convened by a neutral expert, was attended by representatives from both countries. India has chosen not to participate in parallel proceedings conducted by an illegally constituted Court of Arbitration.
