Shaw said Bajaj was a strong voice of corporate India and the India Inc was "relieved" he questioned to the government. "I don't think anyone should attack Mr Bajaj. We should get on with reviving the economy," Shaw told NDTV.
Responding to Bajaj, Shah had said that there is no need for any individual to be scared.
Bajaj had further questioned the Home Minister about Bhopal MP Pragya Thakur’s Godse remark, asking, “If there was a doubt that Godse was a terrorist”. Shah responded to this by saying that the party condemns Thakur’s statement.
Shaw said that it was unfortunate that the home minister's positive response was followed by comments from various BJP leaders "which are not correct," according to NDTV.
