We are all practicing social-distancing right now due to the novel coronavirus outbreak. Staying at home is the only option right now and Bollywood celebrities have made sure that their workout does not take a back seat due to the self-quarantine.

Katrina Kaif, with her trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala came up with another workout video that her fans can follow while they are at home. The Bharat actress shared the workout video with the caption, "#WorkoutFromHome #Part2 Since we are all practicing #SocialDistancing. Yasmin Karachiwala and I worked out at our homes and put the workouts together for you to do at yours. Stay home stay safe. Warmup - Squat with feet hip-width apart (2 sets x 25 reps), squat with feet wide parallel (2 sets x 25 reps), squat with feet wide turnout (2 sets x 25 reps), squat with feet together (2 sets x 25 reps)."
