Australia star Steve Smith reassured his fans that he would be alright after his latest concussion while attempting to save a six in the second T20I against Sri Lanka in Sydney.

Smith, who has a history of concussions, hit his head hard on the SCG turf in an audacious leaping attempt to stop a six near the boundary rope in the second T20I against Sri Lanka, which Australia won in the Super Over on Sunday.

Team-mates Pat Cummins and Glen Maxwell rushed to his aid while signaling to the medical staff to attend to Smith, who stood down clutching his head.
