Telangana tourism showcased at global summit

Telangana reiterated its ambition to position itself as a world-class tourism destination at the Telangana Rising Global Summit on Monday (December 8) with Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao stating that the government is committed to presenting the State’s heritage and tourism potential in a contemporary and globally competitive manner.

The Minister inaugurated the Telangana Tourism stall at Bharat Future City accompanied by Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TGTDC) Managing Director Valluru Kranthi.

The stall has been designed as a paperless, fully digital experience aimed at drawing the attention of international delegates and potential investors. LED screens display visuals of Telangana’s most recognisable destinations and historic sites, while interactive touchscreen kiosks enable visitors to virtually explore prominent tourist attractions. An on-site quiz titled ‘Test Your Knowledge on Telangana Tourism’ has been added to engage participants, with winners receiving prizes, said a release.
