Swati Maliwal breaks down in Delhi court during Bibhav Kumar’s bail hearing

During this, Vibhav's lawyer Hari Haran said that Swati Maliwal had forcibly entered the Chief Minister's residence. His intention was to cause trouble. Being an MP, he cannot be given freedom to do anything. Earlier, Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has accused Vibhav Kumar of assault.
Swati Maliwal was also present during the hearing in Delhi's Tis Hazari Court. Vibhav Kumar's lawyer Hari Haran said that Section 308 of IPC has been imposed in the FIR lodged by Maliwal, which can be heard in the Sessions Court.
