Students welcomed with sweets as schools reopen in Yadgir

As many as 1,062 government-run model primary and high schools reopened in Yadgir on Monday (June 1) following the summer break.

Deputy Commissioner Rahul Pandve, Zilla Panchayat CEO Lavish Ordia, and Deputy Director of Public Instructions C.S. Mudhol participated in a function held at various government schools and welcomed the students. They requested parents to send their children to school regularly henceforth.

The DC and CEO distributed sweet dishes, chocolates, and school uniforms to students.

Donning a festive look, schools were decorated with diverse colours, flowers, and balloons.
