Manu Bhaker Marrying Neeraj Chopra? Shooter's Father Breaks Silence

The rumour mills on social media have gone viral since Monday (August 12) when videos of Paris Olympics 2024 medallists Neeraj Chopra and Manu Bhaker interacting with each other emerged. Neeraj and Manu, who both hail from Haryana, were seen casually having a conversation together at the India House in Paris on the sidelines of the Olympic Games which was followed by another video which showed Neeraj in a chat with Manu Bhaker’s mother Sumedha Bhaker.

Ever since these videos went viral on social media, people have been speculating whether there could be a possible marriage match between the two Indian superstars – Neeraj Chopra and Manu Bhaker. Neeraj added a second Olympic medal to his name last week, winning a silver medal in the men’s javelin final. While Manu Bhaker won two bronze medals in the Paris Olympics 2024 in women’s 10m air pistol event and mixed team 10m air pistol event with Sarabjot Singh.

After a spate of viral memes and posts on social media since Monday, Manu Bhaker’s father – Ram Kishan Bhaker – has opened up, sharing that she is ‘still too young’ and they are ‘not thinking of her marriage’. “Manu is still very young. She is not even of marriageable age. I’m not even thinking about it right now.” Manu Bhaker’s father was quoted as saying by Dainik Bhaskar.
