Man held for murdering woman, her 2 children in Ramban

A 50-year-old man identified as Rajkumar of Park Town Second Street was brutally murdered near his house by an armed gang on Friday night.

On information, Koodal Pudur police rushed to the spot and sent the body for post-mortem to the Government Rajaji Hospital.

Preliminary inquiries on Saturday revealed that Rajkumar was engaged in textile business. He procured goods form Surat and sold to merchants in Madurai and other parts of southern districts.
