Instead Of Creating Infra In Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal Built 'Sheesh Mahal', Says Amit Shah

Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday took on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for “ignoring the public’s plight” while building a “sheesh mahal” for himself, referring to the controversy surrounding alleged irregularities in the renovation of the CM’s official residence.

In response, the AAP chief said the BJP has no vision for Delhi and that its campaign hinges on “abusing AAP”. He added, “When the time comes, people will decide whether they want to vote for those who abuse or those who work.”

Mr. Shah made the comments after inaugurating Sushma Bhawan, a women’s hostel in New Delhi named after late BJP leader Sushma Swaraj, a former External Affairs Minister who had also served as Delhi’s CM.
