India expected to use ‘all its capacities’ to end Israeli action in Gaza: Iran President

In a call with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Iranian President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi urged India to use “all its capacities” to end the Israeli actions in Gaza.

Both the leaders held a telephonic conversation on Monday evening during which they discussed the challenging situation in the West Asian region and the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.

As per Islamic Republic News Agency, Raisi invoked India’s historical struggles against Western colonialism and its role as a founding member of the non-aligned movement (NAM) in the world.
