The Supreme Court questioned the Enforcement Directorate's low conviction rate in money laundering cases during a bail hearing for former West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee. Chatterjee, arrested in July 2022 for alleged teacher recruitment irregularities, has been jailed for over two years without trial.
