Haryana IPS Officer Suicide: Amid Stalemate Over Autopsy, Panel Gives 48-Hr Ultimatum To Remove

A committee has demanded the removal and arrest of Haryana DGP Shatrujeet Kapur and former Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarniya within 48 hours, accusing them of abetting IPS officer Y Puran Kumar's suicide. Kumar's family refuses post-mortem and cremation until demands are met, citing harassment and caste discrimination. A judicial probe is also sought.
