Delhi court summons Lalu Prasad, Tejashwi Yadav in land-for-jobs case

The Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has summoned has summoned Lalu Prasad Yadav's son Tej Pratap Yadav in the land for job case for the first time. The court today noted that Tej Pratap Yadav's involvement cannot be ruled out as was also the director of AK Infosys Limited.
The court has also summoned Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Akhileshwar Singh, Hazari Prasad Rai, Sanjay Rai, Dharmendra Singh, Kiran Devi for the next date on 7th October, ANI reported.
According to ANI, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a supplementary chargesheet against 11 accused on August 6. Four of them have died. The Rouse Avenue court has asked them to appear before it on October 7.
