A major controversy erupted in Patna after an alleged attack on the coaching institute run by popular educator Khan Sir. The incident reportedly took place around 11 p.m. in the Musallahpur area, where a group of 10–12 individuals allegedly vandalized property, damaged banners and posters, and assaulted security personnel. One guard was reportedly injured and hospitalized.
Khan Sir claimed that 10–12 rounds of firing were also carried out during the attack and alleged that rival coaching operators were behind the incident because of his low-fee educational model and successful student results. However, police officials stated that no evidence of gunfire has yet been confirmed and that the matter remains under investigation.
Security has been increased around the coaching center, and authorities are reviewing CCTV footage to identify the suspects. Police indicated that the dispute may be linked to poster-related issues or rivalry between coaching institutes, but stressed that all claims are being verified. An FIR is being prepared, and strict action has been promised against those involved.
