Relief For Khan Sir As Patna Court Grants Anticipatory Bail To Six People In Coaching Institute Firing Case

In the latest development, a court in Patna granted anticipatory bail to famous educator Faisal Khan also known as Khan sir in connection with the coaching institute firing case.

With him, his two bodyguards and three members of his coaching centre were also granted bail.

This further temporary legal protection to Khan sir as the investigation continues.

On Monday (today) the court passed the bail orders. According to the Khan sir's lawyer- Arvind Kumar Mouar, the court granted anticipatory bail to six individuals, including Khan sir. The lawyer said that the court first announced relief for Khan sir before extending the same protection to the remaining accused.

Earlier, the court had postponed its decision after the district judge was on leave. Before that, it had heard the final arguments and reserved its order.
