A Bangladesh Air Force training jet crashed into the premises of Milestone School and College in Dhaka’s Uttara area on Monday, leading to the death of at least one person and injuries to several others. The incident occurred while classes were ongoing, triggering panic among students and staff.

Eyewitnesses and television footage showed smoke and flames rising from the crash site, as emergency crews rushed to control the situation. The crash left the school compound partially damaged, and injured individuals, including students, were seen being evacuated and treated on the spot.

The injured were quickly transported to nearby hospitals for medical attention. The Bangladesh Army confirmed that the aircraft involved in the crash was an F-7 BGI fighter jet, used by the Bangladesh Air Force for training purposes.
