Aryan Khan buys 2 floors worth ₹37 crore in Delhi building which has a special Shah Rukh Khan connection

Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, is making properties in Delhi just like his father. According to a report, Aryan has purchased two floors in South Delhi building for a staggering Rs 37 crore. This building holds special significance as it is where his parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, once lived.

The property is located in Panchsheel Park, where Shah Rukh Khan owns the ground floor and basement. Aryan’s purchase was registered in May 2024, and he paid Rs 2.64 crore in stamp duty. The building is more than just a real estate investment for the Khan family. It is a place filled with memories from the early days of Shah Rukh and Gauri’s life together.

Gauri Khan, who is also a renowned interior designer, has personally designed the residence, adding to its emotional value.
