Apple 'Scary Fast' Launch Event Confirmed For October 30: iMac And MacBooks Expected

Apple's October 30 event has finally been confirmed by the company after much speculation on the internet. Taking place just a day before the Halloween festival, Apple’s October 30 event is called ‘Scary Fast’. The Apple Scary Fast event will begin at 8pm EST which means in India, people will be able to stream the event on Apple’s website and YouTube at 5:30pm IST. If reports are to be believed, Apple is preparing to reveal updates for the Mac lineup at the event.

Apple may be planning to announce a refreshed 24-inch iMac at the event, along with a new MacBook Pro, according to reports. Previous rumours indicated the new computers could include Apple’s new M3 chip for even faster performance.

According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the tech giant may end “an over 900-day drought since the M1 iMac launched in the first half of 2021”. He was “told that Apple is planning a Mac-centered product launch around the end of this month”.
