Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan attend funeral of ad guru Piyush Pandey, pay heartfelt tribute

Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, respectively, were present at the funeral of legendary advertising guru Piyush Pandey in Mumbai on Saturday. Among the film fraternity, Manoj Pahwa and Ashok Pandit were also part of the gathering. Piyush Pandey's sister, singer-actress Ila Arun, greeted the guests with Namaste.

70-year-old Piyush Pandey had been suffering from pneumonia for a few weeks and succumbed to it on Friday. The video showing the arrival of Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan went viral on social media, which showed Amitabh emerging from Piyush Pandey's residence. While he was outside waiting, he had a conversation with Ishita Arun, the daughter of Ila Arun and the niece of Piyush Pandey.

A little later, they made a gesture of greeting the people present there with folded hands. After paying their respect, the father and son left in different cars.
