Akhilesh Yadav (born 1 July 1973) is an Indian politician and is the youngest person to hold the office of Chief Minister of the state of Uttar Pradesh. He was elected to the Lok Sabha from Kannauj in by-election of 2000 and retained his seat in the 2004 and 2009 general elections.
