Kartik Aaryan says Dhamaka hona chahiye on his birthday, announces new film

Kartik Aaryan celebrates his birthday today and he has a special announcement for all his fans. The actor announced his next film titled Dhamaka on the special day. The film is set to release next year and will go on floors next month. Dhamaka shows the workings of a news channel in the 21st Century and will be shot in Mumbai. Dhamaka will be helmed by Ram Madhvani.

Sharing the first-look poster of the film on Twitter, Kartik Aarayan wrote, “Aaj mera Birthday hai. #DHAMAKA hona chahiye,” with a few emojis. In the poster, Kartik Aaryan stands with his back pointed towards the camera as he looks at a bridge burning. He is dressed in formals and is seen wearing spects. The actor sports long hair, and a tense expression on his face.

The film will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP and Ram Madhvani Films (with co-producer Amita Madhvani). The official Twitter handle of RSVP Films reads, "#Dhamaka birthday wishes to @TheAaryanKartik From team #RSVPMovies & @OfficialRMFilms."
