The Enforcement Directorate has written to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, requesting him to offer a date for interrogation -- January 29 or 31; else, the agency would travel to him for questioning, according to the sources, news agency ANI reported.

On January 22, the ED called Soren for the eighth time in a case involving money laundering and an alleged land swindle. Responding to the summons, the CM allegedly stated on Thursday that he had received the investigative agency's summons and will respond in due time.
