India Shuttler PV Sindhu Enters Second Round of Madrid Masters

Ace Indian shuttler P V Sindhu advanced to the quarterfinal of the women’s singles event in Madrid on Thursday at the Spain Masters Super 300 badminton tournament with a thumping win over Huang Yu-Hsun of Chinese Taipei.

The 28-year-old Indian got the better of her opponent in straight sets as she romped to the next stage of the tournament with her 21-14, 21-12 win.
