Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg on Friday tweeted extending her support to climate activist Disha Ravi, arrested for allegedly being involved in sharing a "toolkit" on social media related to the farmers' protest. This comes on a day when a Delhi court sent Ravi to three-day judicial custody.

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Greta opined that freedom of speech, the right to peaceful protest and assembly are non-negotiable human rights. These must be a fundamental part of any democracy, she added, along with the hashtag Stand With Disha Ravi.

"Freedom of speech and the right to peaceful protest and assembly are non-negotiable human rights. These must be a fundamental part of any democracy. StandWithDishaRavi," tweeted Greta.
