Cow vigilante Monu Manesar detained in Haryana in double murder case

Cow vigilante and Bajrang Dal leader Monu Manesar has been detained by the Haryana Police in the state after being booked in connection with a brutal double murder case of two Muslim men. He will soon be transferred to Rajasthan and will be handed over to the local police.

The arrest was made by Haryana Police on Tuesday morning, and Manesar will be handed over to Rajasthan Police in a day or so, as per multiple news reports.

Monu Manesar was booked and wanted by the Rajasthan Police after being the prime accused in the murder of two Muslim men in the state, and had been on the run since. He has also been accused of inciting the riots in Haryana's Nuh, which eventually spread to Gurugram and Faridabad.
