Consider Accused's Health While Making Submissions: Court To Probe Agency

The Bombay high court on Wednesday asked the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Maharashtra government to consider the age and health of Elgar Parishad case accused Telugu poet P V Varavara Rao, while making submissions on his bail plea.
