Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty promote Sooryavanshi at the Mumbai Police Marathon

Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar are two of the fittest stars in Bollywood. Every time they announce an action film or a thriller with high-octane action sequences, fans make sure they watch it without fail. Akshay and Ajay have been an inspiration to many where it comes to fitness. And apart from that, they also share a special connection. Both the actors are a part of Rohit Shetty's cop-universe.

Ajay Devgn's Singham was a huge hit and was turned into a franchise with the second film. A spin-off of Singham was announced with Simmba that featured Ranveer Singh in the lead. When Simmba was released, Rohit Shetty took it a notch-higher announcing his own cop-verse with Akshay Kumar as the lead in his next cop-actioner, Sooryavanshi.

Sooryavanshi is all set to release in March this year and the star along with the director and the first cop star, Ajay Devgn, found a creative way to promote their film. The trio was seen at the Mumbai Police Police Police Marathon that was held in the city. Akshay Kumar shared the picture from the marathon.
