Why Mohammad Qasim Gujjar was declared designated terrorist by MHA

The Ministry of Home Affairs has designated Mohammad Qasim Gujjar, a member of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), as a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. Gujjar, associated with Hafiz Saeed's group, is currently in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). He has been actively involved in recruiting and radicalizing individuals through social media and encrypted communication apps, aiming to establish new terror networks.
