Wakefit Innovation Ltd fixes IPO price band at ₹185 to ₹195

Wakefit Innovation Ltd, a direct-to-consumer home furniture maker, set the price band for their public ₹1288.89 crore public offer at ₹185 to ₹195 a share. The initial public offering (IPO) consists of a fresh issue of ₹377.1 and up to ₹911.8 crore of offer for sale at the highest price band. The issue can be subscribed in lots of 76 equity shares and multiples thereof.

The company will use most of the proceeds of the offer for capital expenditure on 117 new stores, advertising expenses, and the purchase of new equipment for manufacturing.

The issue opens for anchor bidding on December 5, 2025. It will be open for retail subscription between December 8 and December 10, 2025.
