A vote is scheduled to be held on Friday to decide which idol of Lord RamRamRam Lalla will be placed inside the sanctum sanctorum of the grand temple in Ayodhya next month. As per ANI, sources indicate that this voting process is set to occur during the meeting of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the trust entrusted with the construction and administration of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

According to ANI, during the meeting, all three designs created by different sculptors will be presented. The voting process will determine which of these three idols receives the most votes. The idol that garners the highest number of votes will be chosen for installation during the consecration of the shrine on January 22.

All three designs, made by separate sculptors, would be put on the table. The one idol that will get the most votes will be installed at the consecration of the shrine on January 22, ANI reported. On Wednesday, trust secretary Champat Rai said that a 51-inch-tall idol of Lord Ram reflecting a five-year-old, Ram Lalla, would be selected among three designs.
