Star Indian batter Virat Kohli departed for South Africa 10 days before the two-match Test series against the Proteas, which is scheduled to start on December 26. India will be playing the Boxing Day Test match at Centurion, followed by the next Test match on 3rd January in Capetown.
Kohli slayed his airport look with a brown jacket and a duffle bag and was kind enough to stop for a selfie with the airport staff at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai.
Kohli boasts of an impressive Test record against South Africa. In the 14 matches played, he has scored 1236 runs at a great average of 56.18. Kohli's highest Test score of 254 also came against the Proteas. Kohli has also scored three centuries and four fifties.
