Umar Khalid gets 7-day interim bail in Delhi riots case

Umar Khalid, former student leader of JNU, has been granted interim bail to attend the marriage functions of his cousin for seven days. The Karkardooma court has granted interim bail to Umar Khalid from December 28 to January 3. Khalid is currently in judicial custody in connection with a larger conspiracy case related to the 2020 North East Delhi Delhi Delhi Violence.
