Two Indian students have been killed in a road accident in Pennsylvania, United States, last week. The Indian Consulate expressed sorrow over the incident and said that it is in close contact with the families, offering all possible assistance.

The victims, identified as 23-year-old Saurav Prabhakar and 20-year-old Manav Patel, were students at Cleveland State University in Ohio. They died after their car crashed into a tree and struck a bridge.

"Deeply saddened to learn about the unfortunate road accident in which two Indian students from Cleveland State University, Manav Patel (20) and Saurav Prabhakar (23) lost their lives," the Consulate General of India in New York said in a post on X Monday.
