Two Congress MLAs in Tamil Nadu will be taking oath as ministers in Vijay's cabinet tomorrow, party general secretary KC Venugopal said on Wednesday. MLAs Rajesh Kumar and P Vishwanathan will be a part of Tamil Nadu government, Venugopal said.
