Teacher killed, 4 injured after student opens fire in Thailand school

In a shocking incident, a student opened up firing at a school in Thailand on Friday. The shooting incident claimed a teacher's life and several students got injured. According to reports, 15 were wounded, and one is critical.

Thailand's Poh Teck Tung Foundation, a major rescue group, said, "Officers are urgently evacuating students from the area".

The shooting took place at Debsirin Nonthaburi School, a well-known secondary school of about 3,000 students. The school is located in Bang Kruai district's Nonthaburi province, North Bangkok.
