Sukhbir Badal Meets PM Modi, Sparks Fresh Buzz Over SAD-BJP Alliance Ahead of Punjab Polls

There is a buzz of a possibility of a political reunion between the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has once again become a topic of discussion after SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Thursday.

According to sources, Sukhbir Badal met Prime Minister Modi at his office in the Parliament House complex. So far, neither side has confirmed whether alliance discussions were formally part of the meeting.

The leader claimed that with several Opposition parties coming together against the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), there is a growing view within the BJP that strengthening ties with former allies could benefit the coalition ahead of future elections.
